Food for Thought

Here are two £20 notes. The one on the left has been through a bad time, been crumpled, down trodden, and just a complete mess. The one on the right is straight & crisp, not touched. Answer this…. is the one on the left worth less than the one on the right?

Moral of the story. Don’t let anyone put you down just because you’ve been through a tough time. We are ALL equal. We are worth the same value. We just have perfect imperfections which make us who we are.

Being Judgemental
The ‘gay boy’ you punched in the hall today, committed suicide a few minutes ago. That girl you called a slut earlier, she’s a virgin. The boy you called lame, he has to work every night to support his family. That girl you pushed past the other day and didn’t help her up, she’s being abused at home. That man you called fat, he’s starving himself. The old man you were rudely staring at because of his ugly scars, he fought for our country. The lady in the office bathroom you made fun of for crying, her mother is dying.

Nothing gives the person a right to bully another human being.

I can help
If you have something on your mind, however big or small, keeping it bottled up can make little things seem big, and big things can seem almost impossible to cope with. Before you know it, you can become swallowed up by worry, turning everyday life into an uphill struggle. I will listen to you, and help you work through whatever is troubling you. You don’t have to cope alone.
